i would agree with you, if the menu would actually show u that X doesnt mean "claim all rewards" and instead told you "choose this item over the other 20 right next to it" its more garbage menu than a skill issue but you do you

I collected several rewards at once, pressed X, and instead of getting alle the rewards it instantly chose the pack over him for my lv 40 premium reward. tried to chat with the support, but they say they have no options to take actions on FUT accounts as the whole game is "automized"
