Contest Rules

  1. Introduction
    1. These Contest Rules govern the participation in a free-of-charge FUTBIN Prize Raffle (the “Contest”) hosted by the owner of futbin.com (the “Website”), Better Collective A/S, of Sankt Annæ Plads 28, 1250 København K (the “Organiser”).
    2. For the purpose of these Contest Rules, the participants shall be referred to as Participants, You, Your.
  2. Eligibility
    1. Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry to be eligible for participation in the Contest.
    2. The Contest is open to residents worldwide, subject to local laws and regulations, or restrictions in your jurisdiction.
    3. Participants must have a valid user profile on futbin.com (the “FUTBIN account”) and to be logged-in during the Contest period to participate.
    4. Employees, freelancers, brand ambassadors, and influencers hired by the Organiser, directly or through intermediary companies, are not allowed to participate in the Contest.
  3. Agreement to Terms
    1. By participating in this Contest, You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
    2. By participating in this Contest, You agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Contest Rules and You consent to the Privacy Policy
    3. Participants are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations during their involvement in the Contest.
    4. Any queries or issues that are not explicitly addressed in these Contest Rules will be handled at the Organiser's discretion.
    5. By engaging in the Contest, You acknowledge and accept the decisions of the Organiser as final and binding concerning all matters related to the Contest.
    6. The Organiser reserves the right to modify or update the Contest Rules at its sole discretion and will notify Participants of any significant changes by posting these changes on the Website.
  4. Start and Closing Date
    1. Participation in the Contest is open from 17/12/2025 and it will continue until 02/01/2026.
    2. Participants may earn achievements and qualify for raffle entry between the start and closing dates specified above. Any achievements earned after the closing date will not be taken into consideration for this Contest.
  5. How to Participate
    1. Participation in the Contest is completely free of charge for all Participants.
    2. All registered and logged-in FUTBIN users are automatically eligible for the seasonal achievements and raffle.
    3. To enter the raffle, Participants must earn all seasonal achievements during the Contest period through actions on FUTBIN's website and mobile application.
    4. Achievements are earned solely through user activity on FUTBIN platforms and are unrelated to EA FC gameplay.
    5. Each Participant who completes all seasonal achievements will receive one entry into the prize raffle.
  6. Winner Selection
    1. Selection criteria
      Winners will be selected through a random raffle draw from all eligible Participants who have earned all seasonal achievements during the Contest period.
    2. Tie
      There will be no tie. The raffle mechanism ensures a single winner is selected per prize.
    3. Winner’s notification
      Winners will be notified via email to their registered FUTBIN account email address within 7 days of the Contest closing date.
    4. Verification process
      Winners must respond to the notification email within 14 days and provide any additional information required for prize delivery (such as full name, postal address, and phone number for physical prizes). The Organiser reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the winner(s), including proof of age and place of residence. Failure to provide such verification may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternative winner.
    5. Winners announcement
      Winners will be announced publicly on the Website by username only.
    6. Unclaimed Prizes
      If a winner does not respond within 14 days after being contacted, or is found to be ineligible, an alternative winner may be drawn at the Organiser’s discretion.
  7. Prizes
    1. Description of Prizes
      The prizes for the Contest consist of the following:
      1x PlayStation 5 console
      3x Digital Gift Cards with 12,000 FC Points each
      4x Free choice of preselected FUTBIN merchandise items (choose from a hoodie, crewneck, cap, or tee)
      50x 1-month free no-ads FUTBIN subscriptions
    2. Substitution Policy
      No cash or alternative prize substitutions will be offered, except at the Organiser’s sole discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
    3. Tax Implications
      All taxes and other expenses related to the prize that are not expressly specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner(s). Winners are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes in their jurisdiction.
    4. Prize Distribution
      The prizes will be distributed directly to the winner(s) as arranged individually via email and/or phone. Details and logistics (including transport and accommodation, if applicable) will be coordinated with the winner(s).
  8. Special Requirements and Disclaimers
    1. Canadian residents must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question before a prize can be awarded (e.g., 2x3+7=?).
    2. Sony/PlayStation Disclaimer
      This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Sony Interactive Entertainment or PlayStation.
    3. EA Sports FC Disclaimer
      EA Sports FC and Electronic Arts are not sponsors of or affiliated with this Contest. EA FC Points are subject to EA's Terms & Conditions available at https://www.ea.com/legal/user-agreement.
    4. Gift Card Redemption
      You need to refer to the EA App digital gift card information available at https://help.ea.com/en/articles/orders-and-rewards/ea-gift-cards/ to ensure digital gift cards are redeemable in your region in order to be eligible for the prize.
  9. Personal Data
    1. To conduct the Contest, the Organiser may process the following categories of personal data of Contest Participants: website username, email address and in-game activity related to the Contest. These data will be collected for the purpose of registering and distinguishing Participants, tracking progress of achievements, and running the prize draw.
    2. If you are a winner of the Contest, we may process your email address, username, as well as full name, postal address and, where necessary, telephone number for delivery of physical Prizes. These data will be processed for the purposes of notifying the winner, arranging the delivery of the Prizes, and, for transparency purposes, to publish the winner’s username in communications announcing the Contest results.

  10. Violation of Rules
    1. The following actions shall be considered violations of these Contest Rules and may result in disqualification from the Contest:
      a) Creating multiple profiles or using multiple identities to gain more than one entry;
      b) Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during the profile creation or winner verification process;
      c) Attempting to interfere with the fair operation of the Contest, including tampering with the Website, the raffle process, or any related systems;
      d) Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive conduct that may compromise the integrity of the Contest.
    2. Participants found to be in violation of the Contest Rules may face, at the sole discretion of the Organiser, consequences including, but not limited to, disqualification from the Contest, forfeiture of the Prize, and prohibition from participating in future contests hosted by the Organiser.
  11. Limitation of Liability
    1. The Organiser shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Contest. Participants agree that the Organiser, its partners, and employees shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from the acceptance, possession, or use of any Prize awarded in the Contest. By participating, Participants release the Organiser from any liability related to the Contest. The Organiser's total liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the Prize awarded to the Participant.
  12. Governing Law
    1. This Contest and any disputes arising from or related to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Participants agree that any legal action or proceeding concerning the Contest shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.
