The most meta options imo is Van Djik, Blanc as cbs and Essien, Rijkaard and Bellingham in some sort of midfield but it all comes down to who you have the most fun with. If you really wanted to start them all so badly it is possible, you'd have to start with a 4-2-3-1 and put Blanc, Ballack, Bellingham in cams and Rijkaard, Essien in cdms and Vidic and Van djik in cbs and switch to a 3 at the back formation in game but would mean playing Bellingham or some other midfielder in LM/RM which probs aint the best. Personally id drop Ballack and start with 3-5-2 with the rest of the players :)
