In game formation switching is less effictive than 2 years ago i guess

Thank u so much, very clear. If you play him for example LM ++ in starting formation, and as a striker in game will + apply if he (or she ;-)) has a + role for a striker position?

Noob question. If you have a player on + or ++ in his starting position, will he maintain his boost if you play him out of position after an in game formation change? And what about chemistry? In old EA's chemistry was sticked to the starting formation for the whole game. Is that still the same?

Too many teams i face seem to man mark/press all my players on the field without losing stamina. So it can't be constant pressure from tactics. My players don't/can't do this. What do I have to do to give more pressure from my side without constant pressure. Instructions? Im on old gen so it can't be 71 depht. I play on 10-20 pin

Noob question. But when I buy him and evolve him to 85. Can you sell him after the upgrade or will those evolved players become untradable?
