You don't even need to wait until you finish the second evo, you can claim the first one as soon as you've started the second one or you can even claim the second one first and then the first one if you prefer the evo design of the first one

This is actually a very good card, incredibly underpriced
If you're complaining about cards like this before the full game is even out you're part of the problem, we can't have ridiculous special cards so early on or the game will be ruined instantly. Just enjoy using different cards, don't try to rush to have the best most meta team on the game on day 1.
He's got great stats but the requirements for a 3*/3* Eredivisie player are stupid, should be around 50k
Take some time to learn how to trade, working small isn't difficult you can easily get like 20-30k at the absolute minimum to help you to start out
