I have a 240hz monitor n pc, any tips or setting to get better game play?

I swear this is defo my last fc game, I use a gd n fun team, I get **** place in champs, soon as I use a op team some how game play is better.

Any help or tips on pc, I keep getting kicked out after 10mins in to the game

I swear everyone ai n defending compare to mines r a joke! I have 4 92+ def with all 83/85+ n yet everyone outpace n outscore me

Swear every1 tackles n ai r so crazy, I use to get 11/12win n now I can't even get 6

Seriously what are ppl doing, everyone ai is so gd n every tackle someone does come off so clear n they dribbling is also so clean, don't get it, I win most game but id win more if it works for me 2

This guy after the patch always seems like he's always falling n don't seem fast anymore, I use to love him when he was 85, no idea what happen to him

Say skill issue or not but I win most game then loose but what annoys me the most is when the cm/cdm get more goals then they on st,cam,lw n rw. It makes no sense because they somehow all the way in my way n then when im attacking they near they own cb, like this game is ass I swear

More underrated card n evolution this yr, he's special is 240K+ and this one is way better, makes no sense

You know what I don't get most ppl complain about the game and most ppl I play against always feel faster then me n they game play feels smooth n I can continue on n on n any setting tips on fc ?

Can someone help me, don't even say it's skill issue when I get 10wins in champs. I wna know how everyone players feel faster then mines n how ppl always win 95% of they tackles? Am I missing something....

I swear on pc, the pitch feels smaller n it feels like im on quick sand lol

Not even joking right like this is serious question cause it's crazy to me, I know pace isn't everything I get that but most of the time I have the fastest wingers, mid n defenders in the game n I know that because Iook at most ppl team before I play. So my question is what am I doing wrong I get outpaced so many times n my players can't even pace any1 either n im not 1 of them ppl that hold the spring button all the time, can someone help

Does he's 85 card become this because I rather put a different playstyle + on him instead of this 1
