should I restart my Van de Ven evo?

sorry i also put this on van de ven comments but i am keen to get advice cause i only have 22 hours to decide i have his 86 CB/RB evo with: - jockey+, block, slide tackle, bruiser - incisive, pinged - trickster (lol) - 4*4* i also have his gold card in the club. should I just make a new evo and put him in attacking freeze and then the balance evo etc? thanks
