Hi everyone, I think it’s important that the community is aware of a recent issue regarding FUTBIN’s XP system. Back in mid-December, after launch, some achievements were accidentally set as repeatable for several hours. During that time, a number of users were able to gain extra XP: Most gained less than 200 XP Some gained up to 1000 XP FUTBIN’s official response was essentially this: Those users were “a bit lucky” and can keep their XP as a “legacy treasure”. After all, it’s just a bit of fun. So let’s be clear about what this means: A mistake was made Some users benefited from it The imbalance was not fixed Users who completed challenges fairly and on time were simply left behind This is not about the exact amount of XP. This is about fairness and effort. People spent time completing challenges, assuming everyone was progressing under the same conditions. Instead: Some progressed faster purely due to a bug Others did everything right and are now permanently behind And this gap is justified as “luck” Calling it “just fun” doesn’t really address the issue. A system is only fun when it’s fair. Otherwise, it just rewards being in the right place at the right time. I’m not saying XP should be taken away. But at the very least: The situation could have been balanced Or a compensation method could have been offered None of that happened. I’m sharing this so people know what they’re actually grinding for. If you’re doing FUTBIN challenges expecting equal progression, keep in mind that the system doesn’t necessarily work that way. Good luck everyone, because apparently, luck matters more than effort here.
